Before using, our international clients will handle to install the electrical system by their local and professional electrician (refer to your safe and security country certification and electrical standards.) 
The lamp-base is pierced up and down to very easily allow the electrical system installation. 
Except to France, the lamp-base will be delivered unwired (without the electrical system.)
